Our mission is to help clients maximize their website revenue through design and experimentation. With a team of 180 employees, we are the largest player in a rapidly growing industry.

At Spiralyze, we dive deep into our clients’ businesses and their customers’ behaviors to identify obstacles to conversions, such as purchases or lead form submissions. We transform these insights into innovative designs, develop them into challenger web pages, and then A/B test them against the original to measure their impact.

This role is fully remote. We have a strong track record of promoting high-performing employees into leadership roles, regardless of their location. In fact, 50% of our leadership team started as entry-level remote employees.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for three key areas:

Coordination: Manage teams of 5-10 members (including researchers, strategists, designers, copywriters, developers, QA, analysts, and clients) to drive large A/B testing projects forward.
Strategy & Planning: Develop and communicate the roadmap for the next 10-20 tests, sell the vision to clients, and provide progress updates in weekly client meetings.
Energy: Energize both clients and internal teams, creating excitement around testing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Extreme Diligence and Organization: You ensure that everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Project Management Experience: Preferably within a software or agency setting.
Excellent Communication Skills: You proactively communicate with clients to keep projects moving and ensure clarity.
Curiosity About Technology: A genuine interest in how things work.
Availability: Ability to work full-time from Monday to Friday, overlapping with our core hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (New York).

No prior experience with A/B testing is required; we provide training.
