Responsibilities:

Milestone Breakdown: Convert high-level goals into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Deliverable Review: Ensure engineering deliverables meet all outlined requirements.
Feature Success Monitoring: Track post-rollout feature success by analyzing metrics and gathering user feedback.

What You Won’t Be Doing:

Chasing developers to meet deadlines.
Managing HR or administrative tasks.
Performing exhaustive low-level quality assurance work.

Basic Requirements:

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a software engineer.
- At least 1 year of experience as a product manager, product owner, or delivery owner.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of relational database fundamentals and experience writing SQL.
- Openness to using generative AI in daily work.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with generative AI in product or development work.

About the Position:

Type: Full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
Compensation: $50 USD/hour, equating to $100,000 USD/year (assuming 40 hours/week, 50 weeks/year).
Contract: Requires an independent contractor agreement with Crossover.
Payment: Weekly.
