The Graduate Engineering Training Programme (GETP) offers a structured yet dynamic pathway into GE Power Conversion’s core business operations. Over 18 months, selected graduates will be immersed in real-world engineering projects, playing an active role in operations and contributing to ongoing success. Participants will rotate across four key areas—Engineering, Field Services, and Project Management—gaining hands-on experience and insight into the company’s multi-disciplinary approach.
GE Power Conversion is dedicated to fostering both technical and personal development. Throughout the programme, participants will receive continuous mentorship, access to e-learning modules, and opportunities to attend specialist training and virtual lectures. Support for professional accreditation and a paid IET membership are also provided. The programme includes a buddy system to help new graduates integrate smoothly into the GE team, alongside involvement in STEM ambassador initiatives and volunteering activities.
Who Should Apply
GE is looking for dedicated and innovative individuals who hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. Candidates should demonstrate a strong passion for engineering, a keen interest in technology, and proven problem-solving skills.
